• Booking
  
  To book a program please use our online reservation form or, alternatively, send an e-mail with the following information:


• The program's name and duration.
• Only for Nepal, Tibet, India and Bhutan: the trekking accommodation (Tea house or camping) you must choose.
• The number of party Leader's full name and nationality
• Date you wish to travel -or- flight arrival date and time

After receiving your booking query, we will e-mail you a quotation. To confirm the booking, we will ask you to wire a deposit (20% to 40%, depending the country you are visiting).

For a tailor made program, you will get a quotation about 48 hrs after we receive a detailed description of your journey.

• Paying the deposit
  The deposit has to be paid by wire transfer:
  Instruction for payment will be forwarded together with your quotation.
  When your wire transfer is done, please e-mail us a confirmation mail with your wire transfer details, so that we can follow up your reservation efficiently.

• When to book
  It is wise to make your booking at least two months in advance. However, if you want a good deal on your international flight, we recommend organising your trip at least five months in advance. (Please contact us if you require a late booking).
• If you book early you can get discount.

• Cancellation
  
  Cancellation charges are calculated per person and according to your arrival date in the country you have chosen.
• At any time: 50 % of booked domestic flights
• Until 45 days: 100 % of booked domestic flights
• Until 31 days: 40 $ of fixed cancellation charges.
• From 30 days to 15 days: 100 $ of fixed cancellation charges.
• Less than 15 days: 100 $ + 100 % of the booking deposit.

In case a program should be stopped before the last stage, no refund will be due, whatever the reason of the interruption.

No cancellation charges (except 100% of booked domestic flights) if you change your departure date or destination, as long as it is notified at least 31 days before the beginning of the program. Please note that the departure date can be postponed for 1 year maximum, afterwards we will consider the modification as a cancellation.

• Rates
• For every group a reservation fee of 40 $ will be charged.
• Any supplementary day exceeding the normal duration of the booked program will be charged.
• The rates you find on our website are regularly updated. However, a sudden life cost increase would mean a price increase. The exact prices are forwarded by quotation.
